In an office, work stations are very much important as all the people in an office do not work in cabins the workers has their own work station desks where they have to sit and work. These work stations should have some of important and required features that help the workers to work with better feeling and in a good mood as well. The office work stations setting should be compatible with working of the employees, if the work station of the worker is not compatible to his job or he is not having everything that is required to work comfortably then setting have a malfunction. It is not easy for the worker to work at that station where he do not get everything he need or which is not compatible with his job or working. The workstation should be designed with great care as the demand of every worker in an office is different and while designing the desks it is important for the designer to consider the worker’s designation, work situation and job’s nature.

The office work stations setting should be reliable and long lasting as it will be suitable for everyone at the work place. All the workers should take whatever they need form the settings and do not have to face any kind of difficulty. The settings should not be like that they need to change or transformed timely to provide convenience to the workers in fact they last for a long time to provide utility to the workers there. The only reason to change the settings will be innovation and change of mood for the workers there.
